We are looking for a person who has a customer centric personality, is intelligent, works well under pressure and stress, strong communication skills, and enjoys helping customers. If you have prior customer service or sales experience selling Business to Business (Services or Products), or you worked in the Hospitality Industry and assisted guests, or another field where you gained a great deal of customer service experience and fine-tuned your communication skills then we want to hear from you.     Position Overview

    This position is part of our Account Management team and works both independently and as part of a team. Collectively the team serves as the Customer Owner for assigned accounts. The position is responsible for customer/account ownership and works with the customers on a daily basis assisting with equipment quoting and ordering, assisting with projects, scheduling onsite or remote resources to assist the customer (as needed), communicates updates to the customer, works with Sales Engineers to present IT consulting quotes for project work outside of the day to day scope of services, and works with the Systems Administration team to present customer technology reviews (as needed). Occasionally this position may work with new prospects and present proposals for our suite of services and will always have access to a Pre-Sales Engineer to assist with any technical requirements.

    • Provide customer feedback to management and service delivery, both positive and negative

    Position Overview

    This position is part of our Systems Administrator team. This position works both independently and as part of a team. Collectively the team serves as the systems administrator for our customer base, managing and supporting the servers, data, applications, desktop infrastructure, and provides escalation support for the service desk.     • Understanding of MS RDS for SMB customers

    • Strong understanding of data protection and recovery solutions – Cloud Based Backup Solutions, such as Asigra, Veeam, Datto BDRs, etc.
    • 5+ years experience with intra/internetwork design, implementation and troubleshooting.
    • Thorough understanding of L2/L3 vLAN configurations, mandatory VPNs, spanning tree, trunking/link aggregation, EIGRP/OSPF, HSRP, and BGP are preferred. Experience with Catalyst 2960/3750/4900/6500 and Nexus 5000/7000 is a plus.
    • Prior P2V and V2V migration and upgrade experience
    • Advanced network management experience with traffic shaping, network load balancing and acceleration appliances
